1. Is My Information Safe?
  Your information is protected using PayPal's encryption systems utilizing highest encryption level through an SSL (secure socket layer). During checkout, you will see the "http://www.myball..." change to "https://www.myball...", the s indicates a secure connection.

2. How do I place my order?
  Simply go through the checkout by pressing the "Add to Cart" Button, You will then be able to enter your customization request directly into the order form. You can always send an email, call in or fax the request after placing the order with specific instructions. Please include the order number in the subject of the message. 3. How is my order handled?
  Most stamps ship the next day from the time the order is received, and never longer than two business days depending on the time of order placement and the complexity of the design. Before shipping we test your design for image quality. Expedited next-day service is available. You will receive: A confirmation of order immediately after the order is placed, a confirmation of shipping which will include tracking number (if your shipping method features this service).

4. Do you Respect Information Privacy
  Myballstamp.com takes all the precautions to keep the information about you secure from hackers. We do not send out unsolicited emails or do not share any of your information for profit or advertising purposes. We store your information on file for a period of no more than six months and the information is only used to help us provide you the best shopping experience by optimizing our website. We Store the Following: Data that you provide when you order from our website or setup an account. You may always choose to opt out not to receive any information from us by un-checking contact-me information during the account setup or ordering process. All emails sent out, provide a quick and painless "unsubscribe me link" which you can click on anytime to stop receiving emails from us. You may also contact us at service@myballstamp.com Automatic Traffic Data: Our servers record and track users through our website. This includes information such as "which websites were visited", "what order" and from "which part of the world". Sharing of the Information: Your information is valuable to us and we treat ethically and respectfully to you. We do not share any information with either vendors, or suppliers for financial gain. We do however share your information with shipping companies as is necessary to deliver your product accordingly. 5. Is the ink permanent?
  The ink dries instantsly and stays on the ball for at least a full round of 18 hole golf. However, it starts to slowly fade after that. It is similar to the inks used in sharpie markers. The ink can be cleaned off completely with an alcohol wipe.

7. What does it cost to setup a custom logo?
  Nothing! Its included in the price. We will format the logo to best fit the available space on the stamp.

8. Can I become a reseller?
  Yes! Its easy to become a reseller. We offer reseller prices and comission on all of our products. Please contact Luke Glinski at 508-450-7051 for details. You don't need any special qualifications or pre-requisites.

10. Can you put a corporate logo or text on the side of the stamp?
  Yest, we are able to put on promotional logos and text in-house, to lower the costs. Please contact us for a quotation today. Initial setup fee of $80 dollars applies. No minimum orders.
